At nursery “Złota Kaczka Śródmieście” the needs and development of our little ones are our top priority. We understand that every child grows at their own pace and in their own unique way — that’s why we create an environment that nurtures individuality, independence, and the joy of discovering the world.
How Do We Work?
We focus on daily, caring presence from a qualified team that not only looks after the children but also understands their emotions and needs. We teach through play, offering space for experimentation, relationship-building, and the development of new skills.
Our approach is inspired by the Montessori method — we support children in independent action, never doing things for them, but patiently accompanying them on their journey of self-discovery and exploration. We don’t use a system of rewards or punishments. Instead, we build an atmosphere of trust, where children learn through hands-on, multisensory experiences.
What Do Parents Gain?
Parents can feel at ease — we provide care from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing a smooth return to work and balance between professional life and parenthood. During this time, children spend their day actively and creatively, developing cognitive and motor skills, learning to observe, analyze, and understand the world around them.
